Bonnie Giinartin was crowned, by Lee Russell Jones, between the games be- tween Sedan and Caney. During the game, she and her atten- dants were seated on the beau- tifully decorated stage. Queen Bonnie was lovely in a. lavender formal, and her attendants, Nita Salmon, Sen- iorg Vicki Bruner, Junior: Carol Mills, Sophomore, and Joyce Mills, Freshmang were pretty in pastel colored for- mals. Their escorts were Gary Baker, Senior, Larry Knack- stedt, Juniorg Leon Wallace, Sophomore, Billy Roe, Fresh- man. The Queen received a bronzed, engraved trophy from the Pep Club and a crown of flowers from the basketball squad. The attendants were given white corsages from their respective c asses. Queen Bonnie was selected by the basketball squad by popular vote.
