It is completely modern, from the automatic dish washer to an automatic potato peeler, it takes 125 lb. of potatoes for one meal, 43 ft. of deep freeze, and a complete laundry unit. A class A meal with a choice of Orange juice or Milk is served every school day. Our school cafeteria serves 350 per-day in two shifts with the help of 12-15 students. We pay only Sl. Z5 per week. The cooks are Fern White, Lornea Kalbe, Annice Fisher, Ethel Loftin. The school busses carry the students from many different points, we run five busses, these busses pick up students from Elgin, Chautauqua, and rural Sedan.
