IISII C L U B The Club has been a part of Sebring High since l938 and is one of the finest clubs in our school. To get into the Club one must first earn a letter through football. basketball. cheerleading, or managing. The purpose of the Club is to promote better sportsmanship among students. It also gives the student a goal to work toward when he goes out for a sport. This year the president of the Club is Jeff Barrow who has earned letters in football. baseball, and managing. Future Farmers of America THE AIM AND PURPOSES The primary aim of the Future Farmers of America is the development of agricultural leadership, cooperation, and citizenship. The specific purposes for which this organization was formed are as follows: l. To develop competent. aggressive, rural. and agricultural leadership. 2. To create and nurture a love of country life, 3. To strengthen the confidence of farm boys, and young men in themselves and their work. 4. To create more interest in the intellif gent choice of farming occupations. 5. To encourage members in the develop- ment of individual farming programs and establishment in farming. 6. To encourage members to improve the farm home and its surroundings. 7. To participate in worthy undertakings for the improvement of agriculture. 8.
