who’s who Recognition of outstanding achievement at Seattle University was conferred on thirty seniors by the listing of their names in Volume XXVI of the publication, Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Published annually since 1934-35, the book honors youth of today, supporting the theory that each overt form of recognition provides encouragement and helps in securing a firm hold on the first rungs of his ladder to success. The students v ho receive this honor are chosen on the basis of scholarship, citizenship, participation in extracurricular activities, and general promise of future usefulness to the school and to others.
