M On March 23, eight SPU stu- dents, sponsored by Food for the Hungry, traveled to Thai- land to help the suffering ref- ugees. After a week of train- ing they were separated and assigned to seven camps. ranging from 900 to I30,000 refugees. The major thrust of their work was setting upfood centers. Developing agriculture projects. teaching English, raising chickens, and planning recreation were also among the various challenges that faced the students. They went to Thailand expecting to serve. They did. But they also received much more. Come, you who are blessed by my Fathentake your inheritance the Kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.
