Internotioncli Week ond Students Haifa 'Deeb and Mrs. Demaray F 7 The dove of peace enmeshed in a world sat on each table at the winter quarter International Banquet. Fortunately for the American students on the SPC campus, the international students are not only seen but are known by personal contact. As conversation begins, the personal bar- riers are forgotten and released, and sin- cere sharing begins. We are taken into the circle of their world. Understanding is the key to friendship. During international Week chapel pro- grams and vespers, the students from such lands as Hong Kong, Israel, Holland, Gua- temala, Great Britain, Korea, Australia, Swaziland, West Pakistan, Tanzania, India, and Nigeria expressed their talents, ideas, and beliefs. More importantly they introduced themselves. Their names had a mysterious, yet inviting charm, the ac- cents awakened our latent minds, and their personalities and experiences added to our lives.
