Womens Tennis Barb Borton, last year's runner-up in the consolation bracket for singles in the NW District Tournament, returned to the wom- en's varsity tennis team for her fourth year this spring to play in the number one singles position. Kris Brodin and Susan Houck, strong single players from last year, and Ramona Monroe, who played doubles, all returned to add depth to the team. New members who showed great potential in singles were Yvonne Evanoff, Becky Boddy, and Carolyn Williams, and in doubles were Gail Brown and Janet Briggs. The team was coached by Miss Colleen- Lynch.
