Women's- Bdsketboll Led by Chris Brodin, Cheryl Lin- gren, and Ramona Monroe, this year's Women's varsity basketball team faced the longest and larg- est schedule yet in its six year his- tory at Seattle Pacific. Coached by Miss Colleen Lynch, they won fine victories over Seattle Uni- versity, Pacific Lutheran Universi- ty, Everett Junior College and Skagit Valley Community College. Their season was concluded by playing in the Washington State Women's Tournament at Gonzaga University.

Womens Trock Several SPC girls joined in track and field ac- tion spring quarter. As a college team, they competed in the Northwest Women's Track and Field Meet, held at West Seattle Stadium in May, against outstanding college and univer- sity performers from throughout the Northwest. The rest of the season, as members of the Falcon Track Club, they competed in dual meets with Central Washington, Western Wash- ington, and in numerous AAU meets against outstanding club teams in Washington and Canada. The Falcon Track Club is a self-spon- sored organization, not affiliated with the school, composed of talented girls and women, coached by Dr. Ken Foremanj SPC girls who participated in track spring quarter were Nancy Cook, Gail Davis, Cheryl Lingren, Ramona Mon- roe, Julie Nolte, Linda Oades, Carol Wiitimaki.
