Even with the handi- cap of having little time to practice in the gym, the Falcon girls still won Eve out of their ten games. The girls played teams from Western Washington, Pa- cific Lutheran, U. of Puget Sound, Seattle University, Everett I.C., and the Seattle Parks and Recreation Dept. Miss Colleen Lynch was the faculty advisor. Left to right: Miss Lynch, Diane Smiley, Lean Curryer, Margaret Boyd, Renee Bernier, am Johns, Carol Wallin, and Gayle Moran. fffzimmumlf Miss Sharon Stroble, faculty representative, headed this year's intramural program. Her goal was to set up a sound, permanent intramural program. Foot- ball had its first appearance on SPC's campus this Pall. CH-Campus South and Stundon took the highest places in the Hag football season. Win- ning vvomen's volleyball were Hill Fourth and Nickerson House girls. Basketball was played by both men and Women during Winter quarter. Moyer Third and Hill Fourth topped the fourteen men's teams. Spring sports included badminton and track. ' FN... r... ..-H Off-Campus North is in a huddle. 3 l28

Back row: Coach Foreman, jack Houston, Larry VVahl, Jerry Bamberg, Ken Peter- son, Nic Battson, Coach Furtado. Front row: Gary Barrett, Cliff Marston, Jim Ross, Dave Grant and Bob Norris. Croix COMWIYQI Seattle PaciF1c's cross country team, coached by Dr. Fore- man and Mr. Furtado, completed another good season this year. The team was paced by senior lim Ross, who will be greatly missed next year. With a great quantity and quality of runners returning, led by freshman Jerry Bamberg and sophomore Dave Grant, next year's team promises to carry on the winning Falcon tradtion. The tense start of another race at Green Lake.
