The Sceptre, the Bible, the flowers, the crown . . . all symbols of her honorg now memories. President Demaray was there, Dignitarics took second place to our Queen. Thursday night at the Bonfire found Hill boys serenading the entire court. Fire, fun, and umbrellas . . . Saturdays game: Coach I-labegger, the players all made the evening complete. During the half-time Margaret McCarty was awarded the highest honor given at SPC, that of Alumna of the Year. Her contributions to the school are manyg her life an inspiration to all. Homecoming 1965 was radiant with Margaret McCarty in the spotlight. Music . . . Players . . . Excitement . . . Between the Bookends was a wonderful experience. Also the worst tongue twister since Peter Piper's pickled peppers . . . AMS spon- sored the informal Valentine dinner party and equipped it with door prizes and southern fried chicken . . . With group interaction the word for the evening, plus unbelievable costumes and entertainment, the Chamber of Commerce build- ing will never be the same.
