The Yoke Come learn of nie, the Master said, Come ye apart From the whirl of the world, From its uncertainties and dread, And take time, To seek the divine Will of God. Thank God That we have walked together, Here with our friends, Our teachers, friends, too, And have seen how true, Is all the Word, The lessons we have heard, The hours spent in prayer, While we carried the care Of many fields. And so we yield Our lives to His yoke. Although we are but common folk Life's luster has been added here, Throughout this precious year. Bruce M. Hughes 46 Q l l 'A ' ' v,,, And so we came, From many of lit'e's ways, Here to separate our days In that constancy of grace, And to learn from His hand, Much we did not understand, But with His guidance and His love, And those whom He had sent, While to this purpose we bent The drive of our souls, We reached our goals. And yet, unreached, untapped Is the longing of the heart To know the art, And the wisdom of the Master painter And so witho ut fainting We still persue the path. We've learned to weep, to laugh, To live together here, To conquer fear, And that great void of soulg For He has made us whole.
