W Y IEC? ATI c J fTo the tune of 'How Great Thou Art'9 1. Oh, Lord my God, when I envisage yonder, the many lost in our great Indian land. With many gods, and fear of evil spirits, No hope, no joy, no strong delivering hand, 2. Oh, Lorzt thy Word says, Go and tell the story of Christ who diect that all redeemed might be. Yet years have passed, and still these brown-skinned Jewels Grope on in sin, lost for eternity. 3. Oh, Lord, I lay my all upon thy altar, To pray, to give, to go if thou dost lead. I Burn in my heart a passion for the lost ones, X Whgfve never heard yet once of Calvary. ' 2 i yy. Chorus: 'Y ' I t 'Q .f,, , '..- jf! Then weeps my soul, Oh Indians for thee, will '.a' ' g How dark thy night how dark thy night! V , 5 gif' Then weeps my soul, Oh Indians for thee, iI .'- . f f Christ is thy light! Christ is thy light! The burden for the lost Indian lies heavy upon the hearts of many people who have come and gone through the doors of Seattle Bible Training SchooL The fact that this school has produced Pastors, Teachers, and Evangelists for the Indian Work shows their love and concern for these brown-skinned Jewels. It is, therefore, with great love and joy, that the 1976 Maranatha is dedicated to THE NORTH AMERICAN INDIANS. A short devotional service follows where students have ample opportunity to participate. As part of the assignments in the Homiletics class, the upperclassmen bring messages from the Word. Other students minister in music, while others are given leadership training. The students receive inspiration and information from a great number of God's servants as they pass- through Seattle, coming to us as guest speakers. In addition to lectures in the classrooms, there is practical training which includes regular street meet- ings and gospel services in missions and rest homes in which the students minister in music, testimony and the spoken Word. We also train and encourage the students minister in doorbell evangelism, tract dis- tribution and personal soul winning. PA Y MEN TS Tuition is 3100. 00 per quarter or 3300. 00 for the school year. Students taking less than twelve quarter hours of work will be charged at the rate of 39. 00 per quarter hour of study.
