The first program which they sponsored was put on by a magician, HChasann. He presented his program on October 25th. They sponsored two skating rink parties.' One was on September 25th at Alcdo and the other as Monmouth, March lst. They also sold candy at the basketball games. Their biggest event of the year was the Junior Slug Flay which was presented Agril 5th, The name of the plaf'v NThe Tangled Yarnn. They were very grateful to the Svvlo mores who helped them bj taking the extra parts. Those tele- ing were Esther Clark, Haxine Van Eaton, Rosamond Chanf.er. Richard Griffith, and Howard Shike. Those juniors keeping the library and office for env period each day were Roberta Amy, Ranney. Evelyn Shike, Ellli . .1?'.. JUNIOR-SENIOR BANQUET The annual Junior-Senior banquet for this year was held at Hotel Custer in Gslesburgh on May 10th. The theme of the banquet was HThe Last Round-upn, and the table was decorated to carry out this idea. Memory books,including the program, were given. Small horses were given ss favors and the place cards were small saddles. The program was as follows: Welcome to Seniors....................Wil1ard Greer Response............ .....Glen Blythe Speech to Seniors......................Carl Shelton The entertainment was provided for by Gertrude Ward and Mary Helene Stegall. The first number was a song and dance, nl'll Keep on Loving Youu, by Miss Stegall. The second num- ber wae a song and dance, USing An Old Fashioned Songu, by both of the girls. After the dinner and program the Juniors and Seniors at- tended a movie, nRafflesn, at the Orpheum theater. This con- cluded tho banquet. The menu was served as follows: Fruit Cocktain with Toast Swiss Steak Potatoes Asparagus Hot Rolls Coffee Milk Desserts
