Volleyball Team Faces Highs And Lows Of Tough Season 24 At the beginning of the season the team showed exceptional tal- ent and sure to be in the state playoffs. Then as Mrs. Hamer said one morning we woke up and found we were in the toughest league in the state. The team called on all their ability, but it wasn’t quite enough to beat out St. Helens and Neah-Kah-Nie to the state AA competition. The girls finished with a 15-7 record for the season and 9-7 record for league play. k
