5 s 0 t c u 0 d a 0 I I e s Mr. Robert Abney teaches World History and is sponsor of the sophomore class and the FT A. He received his Masters degree from Harding College. He is a member of the SEA, AEA, and NEA. He also is a member of the Optimist Club. He dislikes to see people wasting themselves. He likes working with crossword puzzles and has been adequately described as a crossword puzzle fiend. Mrs. Faye Babb teaches American History. She is a graduate of SCA and has received her BSE degree. She is a member of the AEA and SEA. Among her spare time activities is the enjoyment of sports. Coach Bob Maddox teaches World History and American Government. He is assistant football and basketball coach. He is a graduate of SCA where he received his BSE and MSE. Coach Maddox holds membership in the SEA, AEA, AHSCA, and AO A. Among his hobbies are golf and fishing. Coach George Williams teaches Pro- blems of Democracy and World Geo- graphy. He is assistant football coach and also coaches track. He received his BSE from the U of A at Monticello. Coach Williams is a member of NCA and ACA. He has been teaching for six years.

Mrs. Evelyn Green attended Philander Smith College and went on to the U of A to get her MS. She teaches Business Arithmetic. Mrs. Green is a member of the Ark. Math Assoc., the NCTM, the AEA, and is Sec. of SEA. Her church activities include being organist, assistant pianist, and Sunday School teacher. Her hobbies are sewing, reading, and puzzles. Mr. Carroll Bass teaches Geometry, Gen. Math, Bus. Math, and Alg. II. He received his BSE at SCA. lie is a member of the AEA, the SEA, the Nat. Council of Math Teachers and the Optimist Club. Mr. Bass's hobbies are mechanics, music, and sports. He dislikes people who are ‘lazy'. Mrs. Eloise Scroggins went to the U of A. She now has 30 hours over her MS. She teaches Senior Math, Alg. II, Geo- metry, and sponsors the Nat. Honor Society. Mrs. Scroggins is a member of the National Council of Math Teachers, the Ark. Council of Math Teachers, and Eastern Star. Her hobbies are sewing and knitting. AI a th ema tics Scie nee Mr. John Sanders received his BSE at SCA. He teaches General Science, Chemistry, and Physics, and also sponsors the Key Club. Mr. Sanders is a member of the AEA, and the Kiwanis Club. His hobbies include football and fishing. Coach J ames Stover received his BSE at the U of A. He has 27 hours in the field of Biology. He teaches Biology and coaches ‘B' team football. Coach Stover is a member of the AEA and the ACA. His hobbies are hunting and fishing, and he enjoys gardening.

F A 0 I r n t e s Mr. Floyd Bradberry, Jr., is director of instrumental music. He attended Arkansas Tech where his BA was received. Mr. Bradberry is a member of the AKA, SKA, MENC, ASBOA, and Kappa Kappa Phi. His hobbies include golf and cooking in his spare time. Mr. KoIhtI Bloodworth teaches Drama, Speech, and is sponsor of the Thespians and Lionactors. His professional memberships include AKA, SEA, Arkansas Speech Communication Association, and Alpha Phi Omega. He enjoys golf and hunting. He dislikes egotistical, self-centered people. Mrs. Nona Cheatham directs the mixed chorus and girls ensemble. She received her BME from Ouachita Baptist University. Mrs. Cheatham is a member of the American Choral Directors Association and the Arkansas Choral Directors Association where she is secretary. Her hobbies include sewing, reading, and gardening. Mrs. Martha Faught teaches art. She received her BA from Murray State University and her MA from Peabody. Mrs. Faught is a member of the AEA and SEA. She is active in church work. She enjoys playing the organ, paint- ing, and sewing in her spare time.
