SCHOOL BOARD MR. BRUCE FREDERICK occupies the po- sition of principal. Most men in this position would find the complexity of these duties difficult, but Mr. Fredrick has the ability to carry out these obligations with a high degree of expertness . MR. RICHARD LAUFFER, the Vice-Principal, Hutton Colaw Whaley assumes all administration duties when the , ' ' principal is not in the building. His job is to supervise the operation of both the Northern Hills junior High School and Seaman Rural High School. He also assumes the position of executive officer of the Board of Education. His office is located in Seaman's annex, but he also spends part of his time at Northern Hills junior High.
