We, the aged and respected Seniors of the Class of '55, here share with posterity our pleasant memories . . .the first of the monstrous freshman classes, we darkened the doors of the study hall . Q. . and there we sat, the boys in back, the girls in front, and made life miserable for Miss Tibbits and Mr. Driscoll . . . how well we remember the Frosh Party- You boys come on out of that corner and ask a girl to dance . . . the rise and fall of frosh cheerleaders . . . Where's room 3O? . . . Mr. Thompson's wisdom, college stories and funny iokes were new to us . . . song of the year- Happy Birthday, Mr. Driscoll! Soon we were busy sophomores . . . and to our profound embarrassment dis- covered the meaning of our title . . . Wee Wisdom! . . . Mr. Palmer entertained us with stories about his animal friends . . . Shamrock Shag-not a soph flop . . . our Soph Drama Club was certainly short-lived . . . Mr. Henderson: I have a few notes I want you to take down. ' Lower upperclassmen at last . . . progress under the able guidance of Miss Scott and Mr. Matthews . . . Since you volunteered . . . homeroom period rebellions in room 35 . . . Hey, lady, you don't want to buy any Christmas cards, do you? . . . our class rings finally came- Will you wear mine? . . . Watch out for that donkey! became the battle cry of the Junior Carnival . . . Citizenship Education Cwhat's that?Q classes . . . But, Mr. Nelson, why can't I drive in the city with a 'blue-card' license? . . . 'Who wants to try his hand at song writing? . . . our famous and original Junior Tribute- Secret Love . . . finally the last of the regents was behind us, and we were . . . Seniors . . . at last those honored rooms at the end of the hall were ours . . . to our horror we learned that the freshmen outnumbered us 3 to I . . . poor Mr. Johnstone-what a w-ay to start a new job! . . . Better start thinking about your theses pretty soon, and Pay your dues or elseI rang in our ears . . . magazines came and went . . . George Washington Slept Here -Boom-ssssiisshhhhIl! . . . raucous rehearsals . . . and parties everywhere . . . pity that Greenvale Diner . . . a caravan of cars complete with sound wagon and a revival of our alleged band . . . opening night- Why did I have to get laryngitis? . . . pizzas . . . the show is all over now-party to end all parties . . . suddenly-a real live rebel in chem lab .- . . famous last words: Watch out for SKEETS! . . . Hey, goofball! . . . spirited Student Council elections . . . yearbook editors frantically rushing to meet impending deadlines . . . Do Seniors have to take gym? . . . beach parties in November . . . a riotous Senior trip- Sure it was! . . .
