Style As the years go on, styles change, and this year, the evident style was “preppy”. With it we have the basic crew neck sweaters, button down shirts, baggy or straight leg slacks or jeans, a pair of topsiders or a pair of white tennis shoes. Many of the students took advantage of this look for school wear. Another fashion trend was “punk”, and although it was never really evident at Scotus, a few students went with the punk hair style. This was the short cropped hair. The punk style consisted of nearly any type of strange clothing. Fashion plays a big part of school, and at Scotus, the preppy look was definitely the fashion trend.
