The Camelback staff of 1954 has chosen, as its theme, the typical teen-ager, not so much for who they are, but for what they stand. Through the book will be found various pictures of the theme, portraying the important part that the teen-ager plays in school. Through teamwork in athletic games, much can be accomplished, and through teamwork in school, a top student is produced. A teacher is one that not only teaches a sub- ject, but one that offers his mature mind and wider experience to the teen-ager. Their inaior iteni, homecoming, proved to be a great success in the opinion of those who participated. All twelve council members also attended the state student council convention held at Chandler in December. A new project of the council consisted of building a concession stand adjacent to the football field, and constructing a portable one for use at football and baseball games.
