OTTO C. RUFF has been superintendent of the Scottsbluff Public Schools since Nov- ember, 1952. In this time he has obtained the respect and admiration of the faculty and students with his methodical administration. lVIr. Ruff flew to Atlantic City, New Jersey, last February to study educational problems on the national, state, and local levels at the annual convention of the American Associa- tion of School Administrators. . . -'WW Liam 1 is - ' BERNARD L. GOERKE can usually be found in the superintendentls office ably per- forming his duties as business manager. If he is not there he is probably in the audio- visual aids room directing the projectionists in their varied tasks. His friendliness and efficiency are well known in the halls of S.H.S.
