To you, Mr. Woody, our friend, and advisor, we wish to thank you for caring enough about us to serve as principal of Scotts Hill High School; for caring enough to guide us through our high school year; and for caring enough to expend all the time and effort you have in making our school days memorable. To you, Mrs. Dyer, we wish to express our gratitude for the love, effort, and con¬ cern you have afforded us not only in this, our senior year, but throughout all our high school years. Without you, we know that these past years would have held less mean¬ ing for us. To you, Mr. Mitchell, we also express our gratitude. Because we were in your class your first year here and every year since that time, we feel a special close¬ ness to you which may not be felt by any other class. Your friendship, your kind¬ ness and most of all your caring attitude have filled our hearts with respect and gratitude over the past six years. Mrs. Dyer, Mr. Mitchell, and Mr. Woody we realize that these words can’t begin to express the depth of our appreciation and love to you. We can only hope that these words convey a tiny portion of our feelings. Again, we thank you and hope that you never forget us, the Class of ’79 , for we will never forget you, Mrs. Dyer, Mr. Mitchell, and Mr. Woody.
