CLASS PROPHECY A while back I took a trip over part of our U. S. and while on this trip I met a lot of my old classmates. While in Washington D. C. I visited the Capitol and saw President FRED HAYS and Vice President BARNEY CREASY and also his cabinet which were: MARVIN AVERETT. Secretary of State; JERRY LITTLE, Attorney General; JERRY GOFF, Secretary of Treasury; BILLY RAY STANFILL, Postmaster General; THOMAS TODD. Secretary of Agri¬ culture; and MARY ANN ETHRIDGE, Department of Welfare, Education and Health. Also while in Washington I visited a new department store in down¬ town Washington. I was amazed when I found out its owner was a friend of mine, GOLDIE ALLEN, now Mrs. Odell Barett. While on my trip I saw GLEN WALLACE, the new ball coach at Yale University and JIMMY DURBIN, the Professor of Engineering at Yale. While in Georgia I stopped in Atlanta at a beauty contest and Miss Georgia was no other than my old pal JANE MARTIN. While on the West Coast I saw several of my old friends. They were; PEGGY MITCHELL AND JIMMIE DEAN WYATT in Hollywood. They told me that they had a new movie out, How to Divorce a Poor Man, ” the return of Jane Russell ' s and Marilyn Monroe ' s, How to Marry a Millionaire. While in Los Angeles I saw JOAN SWIFT, now a Home Demonstra¬ tion Agent. While driving on through California I visited JESSIE SUE WHITE. She, her husband, and four lovely children are now making their home in Sunny California. When I returned to my home town I visited LARRY and REBECCA JOHNSON on their lovely plantation just below Scotts Hill. While going through Florida, I stopped at the Sugar Bowl Football Game and heard some mighty good cheerleading. I wondered who the director was and found out it was a former cheerleader of Scotts Hill, MARGARET ANN GOFF. When I went back home to Chicago where I, RANDA BRASHER, am part owner of the Brasher Interprises, my husband, Paul, told me that my secretary JOHNNIE FAYE HAYES had gotten married.
