It has been, however, a source of great pleas- ure and satisfaction to receive the many enthu- siastic and sympathetic letters from the members when replying to inquiries for information. If you will overlook the delay, and also if you will accept the apology of your Secretary for any omissions or errors which may occur in this volume, he will feel exceedingly grateful.
