Mr. S. B. Bulick, Superintendent of Schools. Mr. Bulick has been connected with the Scottdale school system for the last twenty years. From 1921 to 1924 he was a teacher and athletic coachg 1924 to 1927 he was a teacher and faculty director of athletics. Following these six years he became principal for one year, and for the past thirteen years he has been superintendent of schools. Mr. Bulick attended Susquehanna University where he received his B. A. degree and the University of Pittsburgh where he received his M. A. degree. Previous to his election at Scottdale he taught at Selinsgrove and Mt. Union.
