COMMERCIAL CLUB The Commercial Club. under the direction of Miss Ianet Hoke, planned to incorporate orientation to the work-a-day world. Towards this goal, they invited guest speakers who represented various fields of occupations into which commercial students are likely to enter after graduation. Expectation, quali- fication, etc., were freely discussed. These formal meetings were supplemented by the senior members who related experiences which they have encountered since their appointments to secretarialships to assist faculty members with clerical work. BOYS' HI-Y The Scott Hi-Y is an organization of boys whose activities center around the creed: to create, maintain, and extend throughout the school and community high standards of Christian character. The meetings are held in the club room atop the Y. M. C. A. The club members assist in many of the activities of the Y. M. C. A. and other community projects.
