Knowing that each student is unlike his fellow student not only in physical endowment but also in temperament, experience, mental capacity, and the like, members of the Faculty endeavor at all times to consider individual differences and offer individualized instruction to help each student find himself and carve out his own particular niche in the world. Our teachers are keenly aware of their responsibilities and duties as elements of a decidedly important segment of the community and consequently devote their time and energy and the products of their training and education toward helping students equip themselves for shouldering the burdens which will fall upon them when they become full-fledged members of society. Continuously our Faculty members strive to keep abreast of the most recent knowledge and information in their respective fields and to acquire the latest education methods and techniques so that this knowledge may be imparted most effectively to students. Compared to many other vocations and professions, both those requiring extensive education and training and those requiring little, teaching is unremunerative, but our devoted teachers consider themselves greatly rewarded by the realization that they are moulding youths who in their adulthood will help maintain the position of our nation as the greatest in the world.
