Q Dedication To a person who has rendered many years of valuable service at Emmett Scott High School as Spanish teacher, student advisor, dramatic coach for Spanish plays, drill squad director, and in numerous other capacities, the 1966 BULLDOG staff af- fectionately dedicates this book to Mr. Julius W.
