YEARBOCJK William Fink, Alice Negley, James Christ, Bertha Miller and Bonnie Weigel begin the long process of sorting the copy and pictures that go to make up a yearbook. We who have been working closely with this year- book, TAPS for' l962, have grown mighty fond of it through association. We know that it will not inspire the same feeling in all readers, but if our book meets with your approval, if you think it has done what we planned for it to do, then the staff feels amply repaid for all its labor. Kathy Deyarmin and Calvin McCleaf get a few words of wisdom about design and layout from Mr. Boss, Art Supervisor. Seated: Calvin McCleaf, Alice Negley, Janet Twaddle, Gregory Woods, Standing: Bertha Miller, Bonnie Weigel, James Christ, John Herr, William Fink, Gloria Robinson, Kathy Deyarmin. 101

COURIER Seated: John Herr, Catherine Delaney, John Negley, Sharon Schmeck, Judy Wall. Standing: Dennis Hughes, James Howard, Sandra Eshleman, William Brown. The SCOTLAND COURIER is eagerly awaited each month, not only by the stu- dent body and staff, but by friends and alumni from all over the United States. lt is unique among school papers in that it is written and published entirely by our own students. Copy is prepared and edit- ed in the classroom and the complete printing process is accomplished in our own shop. Judy Wall, James Howard and Sondra Eshle- man get some help in the preparation of copy from Miss Helen Miller, Faculty Advisor. Senior printers, William Brown and John Herr, assist Mr. Sanders, Printing Instructor, with lost minute adjustments to the offset press.
