SEATED: Dot Hanigan, Vice President: Frederika George, President. STANDING: Judy Carlson, Secretary, William French, Treasurer. FRESHMAN CLASS OFFICERS F RESHMEN From the prestige and glory of being the oldest class in the Junior School, our ninth graders grad- uate into being the lowliest of the low here in the high school. Actually there's really nothing to be ashamed of in this status. Freshmen just have to remember that soon they will be seniors and looking down on 1962's freshmen. The freshman's biggest problem though is not being a freshman, it is alge- bra and E.B.T. In these two courses he comes to grips with his first high school work, and a grueling experience it is too. There are also other things in a freshman's life to take his mind away from Two minuses make a plus. The big event of the year is the Freshman Dance. It is his first semi-formal dance in his new school, and it is a happy way to climax a whole year of new and different experiences. FIRST ROW, left to right: L. Bartell, C. Bell, J. Appezzato, J. Braco, R. Almy, L. Bernard, C. Bellas, J. Bardolf, J. Baudistel. SECOND ROW: C. Bardolf, R. Bell, J. Biddulph, R. Bienstoclc, J. Brown, C. 9-1 Branch, D. Bilous, P. Alexson. THIRD ROW: J.
