The awe of being in senior high school is beginning to wear off, and the Sophomores become more and more blase as the year wears on. At first though, they are fully occupied with the mysteries of biology, bookkeeping, French and steno, but soon they begin to take these in their stride and look forward to Soph Hop time and all the excitement and gala prep- arations of the first formal dance. With all of these conflicting interests sophomore year is a time of transition, of being not too young, but not yet old enough. lt is a period of looking ahead into new horizons of learning and looking back into those bygone days of yore when there were no such things as earthworms and ie parle, tu parles. . .
