This old chestnut is presented in a new setting this year in the Dramatic Club organized by Mrs. Limpert and Miss Blackman. Eight members are chosen from each of the four classes and once in, a member remains until he graduates. Besides going to see a Broadway play and hearing a guest speaker, activities included a freshman and sophomore presentation of a play, The Christmas Rose, and a one act play put on in April for the Drama Festival. This group, lacking the bands' flamboyant uniforms and march- ing routines, concentrates on just plain, old fashioned, good music. The orchestra plays for some assemblies, in particular the Honor Society induction and Mr. Byrd's Ora- torical contest. lt also performs at the annual spring concert and graduation.
