Darsie, N. Duffy. SOPHOMORE CLASS At the first class meeting, with the aid of the advis- ers, Miss Donovan and Mr. Keenan, the Sophomore Class elected their officers for the year. Richard Ander- son, Leslie Schair, Kathleen Walsh, and George Webb were chosen as class representatives in the Student Council. Many Sophomores participated in various sports, in- cluding football, basketball, hockey, track, tennis, and Softball. The Scituation staff included many Sopho- mores, and several were on the Chimes staff. The class was well represented in the Radio Club, the Future Teachers Club, the Future Nurses ' Club, the band, and the orchestra. Three members were elected to the Key Club. Throughout the year a very good percentage of Soph- omores were on the Honor Roll or received honorable mention.
