SOPHOMORE CLASS Donald Mollis, ' 53 The Sophomores met early in September for the purpose of electing class officers. Those elected were Mike Veiga, president: John Nitzsche, vice president: Dorothy Kane, secre- tary; and Lois Newcomb, treasurer. For our advisers we chose Miss Vinal and Mr. Kreimer. As a whole our class has not done many things together, but we are well represented in extra- curricular activities. Many members of the class participated in football, basketball, and base- ball. Soine of us were also members of the all- school play cast. In April we held our annual dance with the Freshmen. This was well attended by all classes. As the end of the year approaches, we look forward to our Junior Year, when we will be upperclassmen.
