'1 NVQ In memory of our beloved clsssmate and friend, Anna May Sherer, we the class of 1956 dedicate this yearbook Anna May Sherer was 'born November 28, 1937 She died from a serious illness during our fifth year of school, Feburary 2 l9149 As we were neighbor childre , and the wgy we did roam Now we are parted And she's far far from home We used to work and fight And together we did play But now as we look le see a crepe hanging on the door And we know that we will plgv no more But her face was as pretty as a flower And her smiles as bright as days Though her loss we are mourning Yet we know she's above Waiting for those she did love. In this month of February God's messenger came, And gently relieved our dear one from pain. A child more gentle no one ever knew: She is gone but not forgotten, Never shall her memory fade.
