For American Education Week we made posters and posted an exhibit of our daily work. Quite a number of parents visited us at this time. The six Reading Circle books are being read by all. lt is hoped all the students will have read each book by the time school is dismissed in May. We have contributed generously to all the various financial drives. We are very busy workers and appreciate the opportunities for learning which our school provides for us. We have endeavored to meet the standards set for the sixth grade BARR'S DRY CLEANING CONNOTTON 48

By the end of the year they will have reported on six Reading Circle books. Each two weeks twenty books come from the Cadiz Library and are read by the girls and boys. They are interested in their study of geog- raphy, becoming acquainted with the country in which they live. This group enjoyed a very happy Christmas season with its music, Christmas tree, gift exchange, program and they would not forget to mention the radio program they heard each morning for the two weeks preceding Christmas, which came to them from the Stone-Thomas Store in Wheeling. These boys and girls are looking forward to another year hoping they will make a sixth grade of which the school can justly be proud. CANTON HARDWARE 50
