9 if GERALDINE LILLIE LATSHAW Geraldine has taken the commercial course with a goal of becoming a future secretary. Geraldine's pet expression is Gee whiz! She is a proud owner of a driver's license and makes frequent use of it thereby enabling her to participate in her favorite sports which are roller-skating and ice-skating. Gerry can often be found daydreaming. es- pecially on her cherished plan of going to Florida. Her school activities include: Press Club in eleventh gradeg assistant editor of the Pantherette in twelfth grade: F.H.A. in ninth grade: prompter of the Junior Class play. and program committee for Junior Class play. C,-XROLEE In-XTFIIA-KW Althougli Carol is a commercial student. she is undecided about her future plans. Being a quiet and pleasant person. Carol is annoyed by people who boast. For relaxation she enjoys listening to music and reading. She also enjoys sports such as volleyball and baseball. Carol has belonged to the Press Club in eleventh and twelfth grades and has served on the program committee for the Junior Class play.

GLADYS MARIE KELLER Gladys is a commercial student. but she has no desire to enter business after high school: in- stead. her future leans toward domestic duties. Her favorite expression is Oh, noli' Her in- terests stem around sports cars. Gladys has a great sense of humor and is often called a clown by her friends. Due to this trait, she does not like people who are too seriously minded. Her activities include: Press Club in eleventh and twelfth grades: Library Club in twelfth gradeg and Chorus in twelfth grade. IRENE JUNE KAUFFMAN Irene. who is a small, cute girl with a great sense of humor. is a commercial student and aspires to become a secretary. Irene lives on a farm and one of her chief in- terests is working on it. She, loving to cause excitement. is usually the instigator behind a cleverly planned joke. Although Irene is always ready for fun. she has a very sincere manner about her. When you have her as a friend, you know that it is a lasting friendship. Irene's favorite expression is O.K.,, Her fa- vorite 'pastimes are driving her dad's Buick and eating. Her class activities include participating in the Junior Class play as a prompterg Vallette staff in twelfth gradeg Press Club in eleventh and twelfth gradesg Photography Club in tenth grade: captain of the annual magazine campaign in eleventh gradeg and Music Appreciation in twelfth grade.

vip, WILLIAM PATRICK LAWRENCE William has selected the general course of study. William is strictly the outdoor type with his favorite pastime and chief interests lying in hunting and sports. His strong interest in basketball is evident to anyone passing his place and seeing his shooting for the basket on the barn. He is easily provoked by people who do not arrive on time and keep him waiting. He has participated in such activities as Var- sity Club in tenth gradeg basketball, in tenth and twelfth gradeg and senior athletics in twelfth grade. PATRICIA MADELINE LAU Pat has undertaken the commercial course, plans to attend business school after graduation, and hopes to become a medical secretary. She is presently employed as a hostess at a restaurant. Pat has a keen interest in music and is us- ually seen at school dances. Pat's frequently used expression is Funny! Funny!
