Soon our lives will be spent and our hopes and dreams realized. When in the future our paths in life are set and We're far away from those dear old classmates of ours, may our thoughts wander back again to the glorious, carefree times of our school days: and may we live again those precious and happy moments which can never be recaptured, as We idly leaf through this vol- ume, with each page bringing a smile or, maybe, a tear in our fond recollections.

'V HHHHH Hi Illlllllllll I I Back, left to right: IIRll'l'j' A. Rvlmr, Chnrlvs D. Deiblcr, Howard XV. Slll!1k'l', Sm-retm'y3 Mrs. iioorgrv W. Seven civic-minded citizens conduct the affairs of our high school and school district. They are individuals who freely give ol their time for the ada vancement of educational facilities for the youth of our town. Not for selfish reasons but for the purpose of making better men and women of these boys and girls, do they give their unceasing efforts toward better education and liner training. Many of our board members have given long years of service. They have carried the responsibility throughout very trying years and through a disastrous fire. The Work of financing rebuilding fell upon their shoulders, even when they were already burdened with the normal cares of a school district during a de- pression. We cannot praise these benefactors too highly for their services in main- taining our high standards of education, for providing us with a Well equipped building, and for their services in the past and present. President, Harry L. Burkerty Vice-President, Mrs, George W. Butz: Secretary, Howard W. Stagerg Treasurer, Samuel I. Bast: and Harry A. Reber, Charles D. Deibler, and Robert L. Sausser, will ever be remembered by the Class of 1941, with sincere respect and gratitude.
