Members of the Class of 1959: The Class of 1959 has always occupied a warm spot in my heart because we both entered the Schuyler- ville Central School System together in 19 6. You were members of the first kindergarten under the centralized system, and I became the first principal of the Schuy- lerville Central School. As you have grown and progressed through the elementary and secondary schools, you have witnessed the expansion of the curriculum and the growth of extra- class activities. These, with our new building, have been planned to enrich the educational opportunities of the students of the Schuylerville Central School. To evaluate the changes, thus made, we must turn to you, the product of our educational system. Loving and sacrificing parents, helpful and understanding teachers,and friendly and cooperative fellow students have assisted you on your road to suc- cess. Friendships have been cultivated that will en- dure a lifetime. As you leave Schuylerville Central School and your various pathways through life separate you, each will take with him part of his home and his school. We sincerely hope that the spiritual and moral teachings of your home and the high, social, ethical and educational standards of your school will assist you in living a happy, contented and successful life, and that God's graces will be abundantly bestowed upon you to guide and direct you throughout your life.
