Creations of students take various shapes There are various types of skills, but one of the most appreciated by men of all times is the skill of creating. Students at Schulte are given the chance to create especially in art and home economics classes. In art, an individual is able to express himself and his ideas to an eager audience. Freshman boys begin phys. ed. class with warm up exercises. Classes advance in diverse skills During various periods of the day, a white Plymouth can be seen quietly leaving the premises hoping for a one-piece return. The contents in- clude several drivers-to-be and one nerve-wracked drivers education teacher. Of course, the end result seems worth it. Ring toss or judo, anyone? Through- out the day, Schulte gives its students the opportunity to prove their athlet- ic abilities. So from ungraceful to graceful and weak to mighty, the mass evolves. Girls phys. ed. classes learn the numerous skills needed for basketball. D. Blanco explains the mechanics of D. Green, B. King, and C. Collins.

Music department enlivens students Schulte's pride and joy is its A Cap- pela choir. Their activities include Christmas and Easter programs and an annual tour. Schulte's band, under the direction of Mr. Brothers, has shown marked improvements within the last year. This was evident at pep sessions and their concert at an all school assembly. C. Brassie, A.
