A few of these include a more active participation in school activities and the sharing of obligations in supporting class projects such as sock hops, the annual carni- val, and retaining the Golden Bear spirit. By their willing co-operation they direct their newly found independence into con- structive channels. They persevere in de- veloping their qualities which distinguish them as a class and as one that continues to uphold Schulte's tradition.
