We,have watched it grow in spirit and tradition, and with each step of its growth it has demanded of us the respect we have so freely given. Never shall we forget the many lessons we have learned at Schulte. Our only wish is that we hring to our Alma Mater some future glory hy putting those lessons into practice. 7 SL SU fin 3 i- , My -A +-- f-ET I -' i l -ail- A f -abmk H Oil' nr, A HEL? ,- 4 I I . 1 1 , .-.5'.I,A .7 3,3 if-4, L- .. -. Fortunate, indeed, were the Terre Hauteans to have an archbishop who would give actuality to their plans for such a modern school. We, the seniors, the last of the transferees from parochial and city high schools, being conscious of the distinctions in the two school systems, have, we believe, a deeper appreciation of the type of education offered by Schulte. Our senior salute to Archbishop Schulte, the prelate who gave ecclesiastical permission to erect our school, who encouraged the plans and blessed the building, and our sincere gratitude to parents and friends whose Catholic-mindedness and sacrifices financed the build- ing and made possible our education here. 0 7 1 s X, 1 r ,f s'1 6 X :.5'5?flA ,I - ' '.,gw,.':uh X, r , Q1 ,iq gx J ', M . gi ,x N. And God's only begotten Son is in our midst, and we can know His intimate companionship. Thus we may begin our school day, days which are a con- structive preparation for the future years.iThe routine and school day monotony are tedious at times, but still God gives joy to our youth. Partners in a Bright Tomorrow One of the greatest opportunities facing Amer- ica today is the preparation of qualified leaders for tomorrow . . . and there's every indication that the right combination for accomplishing this is rapidly taking shape. First, there's you - and the growing number of alert young people like you upon whom any successful venture in the future must be built. Then, there are our schools and teachers-an educational system that right now is doing such a Hne job of adjusting itself to increasing en- rollments and constantly changing subject matter. Newest member of the team is industry, which is becoming ever more aware of its responsi- bility by providing grants, scholarships, on-the- job training, classroom aids and other educa- tional help. Allis-Chalmers is happy to be a part of this partnership in a better, brighter tomorrow. One of the latest visual aids to education prepared by Allis-Clzalmvrs is Ihis I2- pagc, illustrated booklet, The Story of Powm' Gen- eration. Al.l.ls-cHAl.m:ns Q Compliments h' l of Earl P.
