Wildcat Vacuity 9 Seniors 17 Vavorites 25 Classes 31 Organizations 37 Athletics 41 Activities 53 Advertising 59 Class of ’70 'Dedication Whether we were riding home on the bus, to games, or skiing. Norm was always there. Cheerfully, loyally and willingly he gave his time to many students. Special Zribtite For 25 years Mr. wuson has been a devoted teacher. He has dedicated his life to aiding others in their quest or knowledge. Jh Memoriam For those of us who knew Pete, a friend has been lost. His laugh and sense of humor won’t soon be for- gotten. Jrthur S. Hodgkins Mr. Hodgkins has passed away, but his hard work and devotion through his years on the school board and as president of the Co- operative Board of Education will always be remembered. Principal’s Message Graduation is the time when a new part of your life begins. It is also the time when you will be leaving your homes to further your education in one way or an- other. You are going to find yourselves more on your own than you ever have been before and hopefully the training and background you have already received will enable you to succeed in your choice of vocation. Mr. and Mrs. Werner, the Class of 1970 would like to express its sincere appreciation for the guidance you have given us. Your sense of humor has been very helpful in making our Junior and Senior years memorable ones. Zribute A Board Of Education L. TO R.: J. Ward, A. Hodgkins, A. Haley, L. Traver (President), S. Harris, J. Kelly, R. Armstrong. Alma Mater On the hill above the lakeside Caressed by wind and sun, Stands our well-loved alma mater As she yields her palms to none. To her ever we'll be loyal We'll shout her praises still; And we'll lift the white and crimson And uphold it with a will. We shall wander in life's journeys Afar from dear old Schroon. We shall drift beyond the mountains And must face the foe too soon; But the days we’ve spent together Will cheer us for the fight; And we’ll conquer in life's battles 'Neath the crimson and the white. The making of a yearbook is a task that requires cooperation on the part of many people The 1970 Wildcat staff would like to express its sincere appreciation to all people who help- ed make our yearbook a success. We hope our yearbook brings you enjoyment. SHARON HOWARD, Editor-in-Chief MARY HALL, Business Manager “Wildcat” Staff L. to R.
