No, you are not in the presidents office but rather in the commer- cial department where a number of boys and girls are learning the principles of business. Now, as the year is drawing to a close, those twenty-odd typewriters are clicking much fast- er than they did several months ago. And prob- ably those minds bent earnestly on bookkeeping or business arithmetic are much clearer on those subjects than they were at the beginning of the year. Students from this department, which is sponsored, as you have already learned, by Mr. Joseph Ashcroft, are working in the oilices of the School, and many of them will find work in the commercial field when they leave S. of O. MATHEMATICS 2 x 2 : 4-Yes, we learned this at S. of O. it it isn't all that simple. We studied Algebra Ld Geometry under Mr. Cave and Mrs. Good: en came Math III, Physics and other higher ' udies. A11 of us have taken some course in athmetics. Why, nog it's Sun- shine , the one who drives the clouds away for the whole campus. When you hear a cheery laugh and a bright remark passing down the hall, you can know its Sunshine -the perfect hostess when it falls her lot to entertain friends of the School, the perfect mother when Bobby skins his kneeg and a perfect playmate when she mingles with the boys and girls.
