- - H .s. ,,' 1 : ML --4 ff i OL ' ' J TH N ZARKS Freshmen Freshmen we are now, but not for long, Green as we may be, it will soon Wear off. We may be the goats now, but next year it will be our turn to look down on the freshies , and consider ourselves far su- perior to them. Next year We shall be Wise Fools and from there We Will go on up the ladder of education until we graduate. ' Our class consists of many more than any previ- ous Freshman class, but we have had fewer failures than any class preceding us in the history of the School of the Ozarks. We are not perfect, of course, but We are as near so as could be expected. Also the class has abetter average grade than 'any class before us. Our president, Mr. Good, says that the class this year is an honor to the School of the Ozarks. In nineteen and thirty-one. we expect to compose the largest class of graduating seniors that this school has ever turned out. Great things are expected of the individuals of this class in the, future. Some of our boys and girls Will, perhaps, become members of the State Legislature, the House of Representatives, or the Senateg While others will become missionaries of the Crossin home field or in lands beyond the seas, and others may be Christian nurses or Red Cross workers. Whatever career they pursue, they will be successful, for their training was re- ceived at The School of the Ozarks. 233 Trlfim,-as qfsifni W' rn-4.7, ,.Sf:fsi--ww-msssx ' r' ' ' .
