The Senior Class is honored to dedicate the 1980 Yo-Sko- Ha-Ho to Mr. Janies C. Policastro. Mr. P. grew up in the Bronx and attended Cardinal Hayes High School. Upon completion of high school, he attended Iona College in New Rochelle; his graduate work included study at the State University Colleges of Oneonta and New Paltz. PERSONALITY PLUS Mr. P. has been a great help to us during our high school years. He offered to be our class advisor at a time when we were without one. His room has always been an open door to us, a place to go and talk to an understanding teacher, a place to air our complaints and also just a place that makes us feel welcome. He laughs with us and at the same time, he gives us the evil eye when we need it. ATHLETIC Mr. Policastro is our Boy’s Track and Cross Country coach. Through such endeavors he has supplied us with a model of athletic excellence. DEDICATED Mr. P. has been teaching science for eleven years. Scho- harie Central School has been honored with his academic excellence for the past nine years. We are truly blessed. Mr. P. — This is our way of saying THANKS. She is a graduate of Middleburgh Central School and a longtime participant in various Schoharie County activities. Several of the numerous organ- izations to which she has been a faithful friend and supporter of are: The Boy Scouts of America, Rotary Club, Alumni Association, Future Farm- ers of America and the Cancer Society. Amidst raising three children — Betty, Henry and Donald — Mrs. Mulberry has been a cook at a Boy Scout camp and the Parrott House, and also managed her own restaurant. In her spare time, which is limited, she enjoys tending to her many plants and is actively involved with various craft projects. Mrs. Mul- berry hopes to open a craft shop in the near future. After more than 5,100 days of providing Scho- harie students with a fine lunch program, we feel we must add, THANK YOU, MRS. MULBERRY!!!
