EILER, ROBERT- Bob Student Board '18, Chairman Ring Committee, Class Book Committee, Hockey '19-'20, French Club. At hockey he's a terror, For he's always on the job, But when it comes to girls, good-night! You hate 'em, don't you Bob? Thou hast the fatal gift of beauty. EMERSON, STROHM- J, S. Swimming, Student Board '19, Capt. Life Saving Crew, Gun Club, Class Play Committee. Strohm Emerson has traveled much- He's been in far Japan, Of swimming and all water sports, He is an ardent fan. But we must sadly tell on Strohm, At night he's sometimes lazy, And in his classes the next day His answers oft are hazy. Ah, why should life all labor be? ESPENSCHADE, ANNA Ring Committee, Leaders' Club, Swimming Team '20, Life Saving, Civic Forum. Does she dance, does she sing, Does she pull an A , Does she skate and does she swim, And basketball does play? , Does she? I'll say she does. Laugh and the world laughs with you. ETZEL, BETTY Choral Club, Tennis. 'Tis quite a crime to worry over some old musty books, For girls should worry fBetty thinksj only about their looks, And so you seldom see her with her head bent deep in thought- Unless it's over some new hat or coat that she has bought. Night after night she sat and bleared her eyes with books. EWART, WILLIAM- Bill Senior Dance Orchestra. A chap whose friendship is worth while, A chap who has a great big smile, A chap, alas! who's led astray By wiles of charming fair ones gay, That's Bill. 'tMy heart is Wax to be molded as she pleases. 27

Our Johnnie, a treasure is he- He is quiet as quiet can beg But after three-ten He is seen with his frien' Parading the halls with great glee! My lord, here is a note of certain dues! EDXVA RDS, LILLIAN A modest violet, you think, Because you scarce can hear her? But we have often seen her prink And powder 'fore the mirror. l'1l speak to thee in silence.
