Rockets Build For The Future The boys track team had tripled in numbers this year going from 8 of last year's Fabulous Few to 24 members. The boys lacked exper- ience but were competitive in some races. However, in losing only two performers, the team could have an interesting season next year. Doug Ayers was the only representative of the team at the state meet this year. He won the discus at districts with a throw of 130'9 which qualified him for state where he failed to place. ln being only a junior, Doug will have another shot at state next year.
