Our squad was large, with the bulk made up of freshmen Many freshmen saw action and other members played new positions because of heavy graduation losses, moving, and minor injuries. Nine seniors will be lost from the squad next year through graduation. The squad chose Junior Hummel and Ronnie Grieme as captains. George Naberhaus was selected most valuable player. This gave George the honor of attending the N. W.
