Student ' Schaller Student Council members attended two important meetings this year. The first was that of the Iowa Association of Student Councils at Ames. The second was the Northwest District of Student Councils at Buena Vista College, Storm Lake. At the latter meeting, Schaller led a discussion of how high school Student Councils could create more respect for school property. Both meetings were very informative. We also learned ways to im- prove our own Student Council. A few of the projects sponsored by our Student Council this year were: Homecoming celebrationg freshman initiationg the Christmas partyg and the high :school picnic in May.
