ju- A memorable occasion for all juniors is the annual ring ceremony. On this day rings are blessed by Father Hoover and presented by Father and by Sister Hortense to the boys and girls respectively. The ring symbolizes that the bearer has pledged loy- .ilty to Scecina and therefore is respected as more than an ordinary piece of jewelry. Our class ring will serve as a constant re- minder to be ever-faithful to the ideals of Scecina. W'here's mine? asks Helen Huesing as Patty Hollands ring is placed on her finger by Sister Hortense. Father Hoover presents to Larry Loftus the class ring which is a constant reminder of the pledge to remain loyal to his Alma Mater.
